Position: Business Development Executive (Entry Level)
Location: New Delhi, India
Compensation: Fixed ₹2.4 – 3.0 LPA + Variable ₹0.6 – 1.2 LPA (Total CTC: ₹3 – 4.2 LPA)
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our Hydrogen EPC team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals passionate about clean energy and hydrogen technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research on hydrogen EPC projects, competitors, and policies.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, events, and digital platforms.
- Track tenders, subsidies, and government schemes.
- Support in proposals, presentations, and RFP submissions.
- Maintain CRM databases and assist seniors in client outreach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
- Strong research and communication skills.
KPIs
- Leads generated per quarter.
- Client meetings scheduled.
- Timely delivery of research reports.
- Proposal contributions.
