Business Development Manager – Hydrogen EPC

Position: Business Development Manager (Mid-Level)
Location: Delhi, India
Compensation: Fixed ₹6 – 10 LPA + Variable ₹2 – 5 LPA (Total CTC: ₹8 – 15 LPA)

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead client engagement and sales strategy in the Hydrogen EPC sector, owning revenue targets and building strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales targets and client accounts across hydrogen EPC projects.
  • Lead tender participation, bid strategy, and contract negotiations.
  • Build long-term relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, and government bodies.
  • Mentor junior executives and associates.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in EPC, renewable energy, or hydrogen.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and contract closures.

KPIs

  • Annual contract/revenue closed.
  • New accounts/partnerships acquired.
  • Win–loss ratio in bids.
  • Pipeline growth (₹ value).
