Position: Vice President – Business Development
Location: Delhi, India
Compensation: Fixed ₹20 – 28 LPA + Variable ₹7 – 12 LPA (Total CTC: ₹27 – 40 LPA) + ESOPs
About the Role
We are looking for a visionary Vice President – Business Development to define and drive our Hydrogen EPC growth strategy in India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic BD plans aligned with company vision.
- Build partnerships with OEMs, electrolyzer suppliers, and government agencies.
- Oversee BD P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability.
- Lead negotiations for large hydrogen EPC contracts (₹50–500 Cr).
- Represent the company in policy forums and industry associations.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with MBA preferred.
- 12–18 years of EPC/energy business development experience.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
KPIs
- Total annual contract value signed.
- No. of strategic partnerships/JVs.
- Contribution to company revenue.
- Market expansion achievements.
